Autoimmune Disease

I think there's going to be a lot of different winners, different spaces.

Autoimmune is going to favor reversibility, finite exposure, and hopefully immune reset.

That's where RNA may win.

I'm looking at that right in my book, The Greatest Battle.

I meet so many people that are suffering from all kinds of things because they're They have, you know, there's so many autoimmune diseases, it's ridiculous.

But a lot of these autoimmune diseases have a common origin.

Now, to show you how some of my research comes about, I wrote in The Greatest Battle about the rise of autoimmune diseases and man-made diseases, okay? The subtitle for that chapter, by the way, this is from my book, The Greatest Battle for the Hearts and Minds of Mankind in the History of the World.

Chapter 26 is titled, Rise of Autoimmune and Man-Made Diseases.

Then the subtitle is, Overpopulation is an Artificial Reality Programmed into Your Mind.

I think that they have been rising dramatically, or we're maybe even becoming more aware of them.

But in your experience, what roles do stress, nutrition, gut health, and environmental toxins play in autoimmune disease?

Well, the autoimmune disease has been around a long time.

And I think that...

People have been wondering what is the root cause of this and how does it get triggered? From what I've read so far, I think that the one theory that makes the most sense to me is that it could be related to some kind of a life event, such as a marriage, divorce, the birth of a child, the death of a parent, a big move, a new job.

And that coincides with what's going on.

So I want to define what that means.

Autoimmune disease means that your defense system in your body, which is your white blood cells, starts to attack your own body.

Perfect.

Autoimmune disease is just inflammation, and it's really not that serious.

Yes.

Serious, serious

It does exactly what it's supposed to do, which is it's a screening test, which means it's supposed to cast a huge net and catch all these people, a huge pool of people.

20% of the population can have an ANA that does not have any clinical significance.

And then it's my job to really narrow down who of this big net of people actually has autoimmune disease.

But you can have a positive ANA and not have lupus.

So there's different levels of CLL, but clearly they have a higher incidence of cutaneous squamous cell And I just have no idea what the difference is from patient to patient in terms of how well they'll respond.

So I do do that.

The other thing in terms of the other autoimmune diseases or all the autoimmune diseases in general, I warn the patients, if you have psoriasis, you could have a significant flare of psoriasis on treatment.

You need to let us know that.

We may have to hold or stop the treatment.

And my number is relatively small, just because, again, the rate of the tumor and then with CLL.

So I've had some that have had very nice responses to therapy, and then others that had some stabilization of disease.

And I had one gentleman who had had progressed so i always tell them just like what you had said this these tens these tumors have a tendency when um they flare the cutaneous uh spay muscles to be more aggressive and it says it does not mean you're going to respond to therapy and i think we're going to know relatively quickly if you're responding or not i may have to look for for alternative therapies um the autoimmune diseases i approach a lot like the transplant patients to be honest so if someone has psoriasis, I will talk to the rheumatologist and see what medications they're on.

I mean, they're things that matter to my practice, in most primary care practices, the chronic disease.

Autoimmune is becoming a huge issue, gut health, GLP-1s.

It's like, how... yeah, right? How do you help people? And so I have a patient that I just met with yesterday in the clinic, doesn't have any of those issues.

Yeah.
