This year, Luke reached the grand finale of I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here, finishing in the top three while raising funds and awareness for the rural charity Farm Angels.

He was also featured in ABC's Australian Story, documenting his earlier struggles and journey that shaped him.

And in August, he spoke at a Senate inquiry into gambling reform, drawing on his own lived experience to advocate for stronger protections for vulnerable Australians, plus so much more.

You're a renaissance man.

That's another story.

But this morning, I watched a rerun of last night's Australian story about Usman Khawaja, and you were front and centre.

I encourage anyone that loves sport or life to have a look at the documentary or the half-hour Australian story.

Sort of, Getting out of yourself and doing stuff for other people, I think, can be really beneficial.

I think when you're struggling, I remember hearing some advice on, it might have been Australian Story or one of those sort of TV shows with a really inspiring human story.

It was like, when you're really struggling, go out and find someone worse off than yourself and help them.

You know? Yeah.

And now, all these years later, her melancholia is lingering, and it all comes to a head.

It seems to help, and Alan heads off on a business trip.
