He is managing director of Blue Arcadia and currently serves as CEO of the Moorebank Intermodal Terminals Company.

Overseeing one of Australia's largest intermodal freight terminals, Lachlan has previously served as CEO of the Australian Logistics Council, the national peak body for Australia's logistics industry, and as CEO of Healthy Heads in Trucks and Sheds.

He has also held senior leadership, leadership roles with Sydney Ports, AWB and the New South Wales Ministry of Transport and served on the iMove CRC board.

Evelyn Bratchford is a manager at Nine Squared with expertise in freight, transport and infrastructure policy.

Councils obviously, um, jurisdictional authorities around, uh, things like loading zones, stopping zones, parking, um, all the sort of local rules and regulations and DAs that impact, uh, urban freight.

So again, really important stakeholders.

We spoke also to the freight industry bodies, the peak industry bodies such as the Australian Logistics Council, um, and other sort of road transport organisations.

Particularly important, uh, because they represent such a, you know, broad, diverse membership sections, um, and they had a lot of input to say as to the challenges faced, uh, by their members in day-to-day, but also about the importance of the representation of freight and in particular urban freight.
