23:31
Austin, how do you balance service and sacrifice with success?
23:37
I think service is more of a lifestyle.
23:42
And it's not something everybody is focused on.
23:45
It has been a part of my life, I think, in everything that I've done.
23:49
And Oftentimes, service leads to sacrifice.
23:58
I don't think that's what people are going in for.
24:01
I know from the military perspective, we're not going in to sacrifice our lives for our country.
26:26
And can you share a tip or two that comes from a whole level of pressure and fear that you experienced that might serve some of the business owners that are listening? Yeah.
3:23
And that's what we're going to show publicly.
3:26
Yeah, depending on who you ask, it's over 80% is third-party citation on the platforms.
3:32
And obviously each platform is different, but it's still that trust factor and it's going to take into account reviews because that's still third-party.
3:43
It's Quora, Reddit, but the media piece is still massive because they have that trust factor and And that's how AI wants to show up because they don't want to lose the trust that they've been building.
3:58
We saw what happened when OpenAI had all of the bias.
4:02
They changed tune rather quickly because it was losing user base.
4:08
And so their goal is to make their users happy and secure.

28:19
How are you explaining... to clients or agencies that need to explain it to their clients? Um, on, you know, okay, like, this Forbes placement $7,000? Like, how are you gonna quantify the ROI for that? Like, what, what, like, is there a, is there a calculator or a math formula? Like, like, how are you communicating?

10:58
What have you learned about balancing entrepreneurship, marriage, and family life?
11:07
One of our mentors shared a great perspective on this and we, we fully believe it after living it for a couple of years now of there's not, there's not a balance.
11:18
It is prioritization of what the most important thing is at that moment.
11:24
Now we, of course, like everybody else set our goals out ahead of us and we say, this is what we want to accomplish.
11:30
This is what success looks like.
11:32
So vision essentially is, And we work towards making those things happen.
11:39
And sometimes doing the family stuff takes away from the business.

28:15
So now, if you go back in time, is there one thing you would like to change?
15:06
Mm-hmm.
15:07
Because of the tools available now with agentic AI, you should be everywhere.
15:13
It, it's very minimal in its cost for you to automatically create content.
15:19
But you have to be thinking about creating content from the beginning.
15:23
You have to make sure that you're remembering to record the moments that you want to be able to post.
15:30
Um, a- and that does take conscious effort.
15:33
Uh, it, it's just like building any other habit though.
18:21
Mm-hmm.
2:22
Hmm.
2:23
And I had been part of an awesome team in high school, won a championship there, and I didn't have anything in college.
2:33
So that was kind of the foundation behind looking for an amazing place to go w- well, yeah, serve on the one hand but also be a part of, like, an elite team.
2:43
And so I looked at all the programs, ended up joining under a Navy EOD cor- contract and, uh, went through that pipeline.
2:51
Uh, rolled a couple times, but, uh, had a good experience.
2:56
Two years into that, went to San Diego and did my first deployment, but when I came back, I met Heather shortly after that, and I don't think I had ever thought about PR as a career.
3:11
Probably even a year into us meeting, I was like, "Yeah, I, I mean, I c- I can help with the business, sure." I went to school for this and all that, but, uh, the things I started with were the things I was doing in the military.

So can you talk a little bit about that story and taking it from that into deciding where you're gonna hang your hat and then growing the business?
