What's one exciting thing that's happening in your business right now that you'd like the viewers or listeners to know about?

Wow, we just, uh, relocated our headquarter in Southeast Queensland, Augustine Heights, which is near this, in this great Spring- Springfield.

And also now we are super busy to helping the first home buyer and the investor to buy new build.

So this is will be a new different chapter for OMR and myself, and we are building a strong multicultural team.

Well, I think it's exciting.

I was fortunate enough to be at your, uh, launch party there a few weeks ago and to see you, to see your team, to see your new offices, and you really have made an amazing splash in the Augustine Heights slash, you know, broader Springfield community.

So congratulations to you, congratulations to your team, because, you know, I, I walked away with a great feeling of, you know, positivity, excitement, uh, you know, reinforcement that you and your team are able to do, uh, the things that you talk about doing, which is amazing.

It's a fabulous block.

It's about 420 hectares large, and it's just north of the Springfield Central train station, so tucked away between Augustine Heights and, um, Brookwater.

Woogaroo Forest is very biodiverse, and within it there's a number of endangered and threatened species, so they're already known to be on the brink of extinction.

And they just keep getting pushed and pushed into little last remaining patches, and one of which is this Woogaroo Forest.

Was that really, I didn't, I don't think you touched on it in the.

No, I never went into it on social media, but hubby and I, so in 2016, we were looking for a house to buy and out at Springfield and we were on our day off and driving just up the road, like down near the Augustine Heights police station.

Actually, it wasn't far away from there.

And we came across a motorcycle single vehicle accident.
