Yes, I had a 170 billion rents infrastructure backlog where I only had 8 billion rents to address this, but the city of Johannesburg was turning around.

opening clinics extended hours, opening libraries extended hours, tiring roads, dealing with potholes, opening, building new clinics, building new electricity substations, upgrading existing one, modernizing them, bringing in the new bigger water pipes in the suburbs and so forth.

They're collecting more money, dealing with corruption openly, addressing the issues.
