This is one I had not heard.

So Porsche engineering prowess has often been utilized by other brands, most famously helping to develop the Audi RS2.

Mercedes-Benz 500E, which I knew about, and even the Harley-Davidson V-Rod motorcycle that news to me.

But long before any of those, in 1952, which classic American automaker secretly contracted with Porsche to develop a brand new car and engine? 1952.

Well, I think now is an awesome time to talk about the trivia question and the answer.

So to replay the question.

So Porsche's engineering prowess has often been utilized by other brands, including famously helping to develop the Audi RS2, Mercedes-Benz 500E, and even the Harley-Davidson V-Rod motorcycle.

This is a Porsche intake manifold from an RS2.

Okay, yeah.

And it fits.

And now it's currently getting the motor from a 95.5 Audi S6.

So it's getting an AN.

It's getting an RS2 tune, an RS2 turbo.

And it's just going to be a little front wheel peel machine.

It, it was certainly-

The RS2 definitely wasn't.

[laughs] It was certainly the safest.

So if you look from there, you were most protective of middle child.

In- indeed, but also, like-

And RS2 is probably the worst, definitely the worst

... we in our household and, and in our community worship the E450 All-Terrain, my E450 All-Terrain.

[laughs] That, we love that car.

Mm-hmm.

So I, I went with the Audi RS2, and I'm-

Because he thought probably the wing is giving too much away, you know.

And one of his favorite cars, therefore, was later the Audi RS2, which is a wolf in sheepskin, you know, it's really nice.

We still have that, or actually that, we got that car back.

And a friend of mine found it on Wilhaben, which is like a trader thing in Austria.
