Audi Crooks

So we'll see what happens there.

How about Audie Crooks? I mean, I mean, we could do a little bit of women's basketball.

I mean, I'm glad we only see you guys once in women's basketball, but, but Jeff does seem to have JC's number.

So I would love to see an upset versus the cowgirls this year, but you guys sure got a squad.

They came all the way back to make that a six-point game in the fourth quarter.

As much as I also think there's a chance that an Oklahoma State, who I'm sure we'll talk about, flipped their entire roster, J.C. Hoyt brings in 11 new players, including Audi crooks Liv McGill.

We'll talk about them a little bit later, I'm sure.

And so I think that there's just as much of a chance of seeing the Terps or the Pokes at the Final Four in Columbus as there is seeing South Carolina, UConn, Mainstays.

And now you couple her with Liv McGill in on that starting five for J.C. Hoyt in Stillwater.

And yeah, it's it's going to be a good season in terms of scoring.

But what I really love is you pop this graphic on the left up, Jamie, for those who are listening to this on audio only, is that the idea of seeing Audi Crooks is headshot and then seeing Oklahoma State next to her name is.

Seeing Liv McGill's headshot, seeing Oklahoma State next to her name, the former Florida Gator.

81-39.

Audie Crooks be here.

The return.

Yes.

Let's be clear.

Like, it's not as if Audie Crooks has never played with a high volume scoring guard.

You know, she did play with Jada Williams at Iowa State.

The thing is, like, you play with Audie and you just learn, like, it's going to make my life easier if I get the ball to her.

Like, you start the possessions, getting the ball to her, defense collapses, and all of a sudden other things start to open up.

So I think it might be a bit of an adjustment for Liv McGill to have to cut down some of the scoring volume.

But like, it It just makes sense, especially in this conference where Audie Crooks knows how to play against all these opponents already.

Yeah, that means that there's a scout, but let's be clear, most of these teams are not stopping her regardless of the scout.

Oklahoma State's the preseason favorite.

Nine transfers headlined by Audie Crooks from Iowa State, Liv McGill from Florida.

So just monster pickups in the portal.

Crooks is, of course, one of the most dominant posts in the country.

I really don't know.

But it's certainly going to be interesting to watch.

Obviously, Audie Crooks has been phenomenal at Iowa State.

It's going to be fascinating to kind of see how she fits into a new team, and then pairing with a player like Liv McGill.
