Yeah, well, a place like Auburn, New South Wales, right? That area has done incredibly well just recently.

If you look at the past six months, you'd be able to get places mid three, sorry, mid fours for a nice little unit.

You'll probably say then between units and houses, price disparity wasn't a huge amount.

So you would probably put a better emphasis on, well, I'd rather buy a house for $50,000, $60,000 more.
