But I was doing this with Aubrey Gordon of Maintenance Phase.

So I was watching her eat in the corner and being like, I want to say hi, but I'm scared.

And Ty's being like, you have interviewed her.

but we've been mispronouncing it.

And the only reason I know that is because there's a great podcast, um, hosted by Aubrey Gordon and Michael Hobbs called Maintenance Phase, and they [laughs] what they talk about are, like, health and wellness and diet trends and why most of them are BS.

And they're, like, re- they're very astute researchers, and so they dive into stuff.

And they did one on GLP-1s a long time ago when they were kinda first hitting the market, and they were, they had a long conversation about semaglutide versus semaglutide.

This is not a book that is using like flowery language and like personable like storytelling to illustrate an idea.

Like it's very different from like an Aubrey Gordon style of writing about.

Or

like The Body is Not an Apology.

And then another suggestion I have for you is a movie.

A very amazing fat activist and writer Aubrey Gordon did a documentary about her lived experience.

She's a person in a fat body and it's called Your Fat Friend.

And what's really cool is it's now having greater access.

And now I'm so happy to see that it's on bigger platforms too.

So I'll share about those in a second, but more about Aubrey.

So Aubrey Gordon is a writer.

She has several books out.
