Tell us the journey of I think I had something once.

Honestly, it's taken on many forms.

I've been kind of planning a debut record for a long time.

It's been like in the works for like four years since I started writing.

I was like, every new song I wrote, I was like, and this is going to go on the album.

And they didn't.

And then last year I put out a record called Muscle Memory.

I love this story.

So how did you move forward from that then?

Ooh, um, I did a bunch of like talent competitions and stuff in high school.

So I kind of had the performing background already.

I would do like cover gigs at bars and stuff like that, where I was just I was singing all the time.

And so I started working like original songs into my cover gigs at bars.

And I was like, well, I mean, that's what happened to Taylor Swift.

So someone's gonna come along.

Tell me, too, about this, because I think that this is definitely an album where the sequence of the songs is as important as the individual songs.
