Truly.
AC WilsonHOST
Or Steph Cha.
AC WilsonHOST
She writes narratives deeply rooted in the history and racial tensions of Los Angeles.
AC WilsonHOST
Attica Locke explores systemic racism and the complexities of the American South through the lens of crime.
AC WilsonHOST
And Jennifer Hillier crafts these incredibly dark explorations of trauma and consequence.

CorinneHOST
[laughs] That Attica Locke book.
CorinneHOST
The, the, where this is more like, like just like kind of straight procedural, not-

So I think it just goes to show that The X-Files is still very much in the zeitgeist because it got that blurb, like, the publisher said, "It's like The X-Files meets S.A. Cosby," which of course Olivia loves S.A. Cosby.

Jess LeeGUEST
No, I haven't.
Jess LeeGUEST
On my list, though.
Mandi MoneyHOST
Peacock has officially ordered her book, Before I Let Go, as a series.
Mandi MoneyHOST
And she's got some incredible producers, Tembi Locke and Attica Locke.
Mandi MoneyHOST
If you ever watched that series on Netflix called From Scratch with Zoe Saldana, that was Tembi and Attica's work.
Mandi MoneyHOST
But That's who's producing Before I Let Go, which is a really deep, emotional book.
Don MegaHOST
If you've never watched Dexter, do yourself a favor and go check that out ASAP.
Don MegaHOST
Peacock is ordered Before I Let Go, which is based on Kennedy Ryan's novel from Malcolm D. Lee, Attica Locke, and Tembi Locke.

Paul Walker's brother is saying that AI could bring the actor back for the final Fast and Furious movie, but he says he's not interested in doing it.
Don MegaHOST
Now remember, in Fast 7, after Paul Walker died... his brother stepped in and they kind of did a little CGI kind of magic on his brother's body to bring Brian back for that final film.
