Atlantic Accord

That was a principle that Premier Brian Peckford established back in the day when Prime Minister Mulroney was the Prime Minister of the country back in the 80s.

He fought that battle and he won it because it was enshrined in the Atlantic Accord and received legislative approval in the Parliament of Canada and in the legislature of Newfoundland and Labrador.

In other words, principal beneficiary of the resource.

That's established vis-a-vis the offshore oil and gas resources.

But the sun shining on my back right now, that is a joyous sight.

It's been missed while being out here.
