Now, given the widespread corruption within the Atlanta Police Department at the time, and the press's penchant for exaggerating or just straight up lying to sell papers, it's difficult to say why investigators had become so confident that Leo Frank was the killer, or why they believed that Newt Lee was his accomplice.

Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens says his office and the city council will introduce legislation that would establish standards for public safety camera technology.

The announcement yesterday comes after the Atlanta Police Department audited more than 100,000 flock license plate reader searches.

APD flagged 79 instances for additional investigation.

That is less than 1% of audited searches.

Uh, I was shocked that he would run for an election, though, and against a, a very popular incumbent sheriff.

Sheriff Dorsey had been a detective in the Atlanta Police Department way back when.

In the 1980s, we had a horrible case in Atlanta that is referred to as the Murdered and Missing Children case, where over thirty young Black males were murdered.

And Dorsey was one of the lead detectives on that case that ended up having Williams arrested, prosecuted, and convicted.

For decades, the case of the Bleeding House of Atlanta has baffled classic crime historians, forensic teams, and paranormal researchers alike.

Unlike many domestic mysteries that deal with invisible whispers or missing objects, this case forced its witnesses, and eventually the Atlanta Police Department, to confront a tangible, visceral horror.

Pints of fresh, warm human blood inexplicably pumping out of the structural marrow of a quiet residential home.

Now, the inhabitants of 1114 Fontaine Avenue were Minnie Winston, age 77, and her husband, William Winston, age 79.

In the living room and den, large, heavy droplets were dripping directly down the plaster walls and collecting into sticky patches on the carpet.

Understandably panicked and profoundly confused, the Winstons called their landlord, who in turn advised them to contact emergency services.

When Atlanta Police Department detectives arrived at the scene in the early morning hours of September 9, they prepared themselves for a standard grisly homicide scene.

Instead, they found an elderly couple shivering on their porch and a house covered in a substance that smelled unmistakably of copper and copper oxide, the classic scent of fresh blood.

I can't wait to hear this.

I would join the Atlanta Police Department if this one law became something I could cite people for.

They refused to help me because one, I'm not a US citizen.

Two, this isn't happening in the US and they don't have any jurisdiction outside of the US.

And then the next day, another friend of mine contacted me and said, hey, did you mean to send me that video of you masturbating last night from an anonymous account? And I was like, oh my God, how many people is he going to send that to? And then he sent me an email from his own email address saying, did your friend like that video? Do you think your sisters are going to like that video? What about your nieces? Do you think your nieces are going to like that video? You better call me.

I completely ignored it.

Then I screenshotted this and I sent this to Atlanta police and to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

I was constantly creating cases with them, trying to get their attention, trying to get their assistance, but I was being completely ignored.
