yeah and it's a game it's a game we should be winning uh but we didn't

yeah it's gonna be a tough next game uh for nycfc as they play at chicago um uh not uh not expecting a good result but we'll talk more about that game next week as uh yeah expecting uh robert lewandowski and chicago to get the better of nycfc in that one But also we have to mention about since we were just talking about Atlanta, Atlanta announcing the Atlanta's NWSL team announcing their team name is going to be Atlanta City FC.

already have an ACFC team in NWSL.

We have Angel City FC, and so we do not need Atlanta City FC.

I mean, I thought when this was announced, they were announcing that Atlantic City was joining the NWSL.

No one has ever called Atlanta, Atlanta City.

On Monday, Atlanta's NWSL team revealed their name and crest.

The team will take the field in 2028 as Atlanta City FC in red and Georgia peach.

The logo is a circle consisting of a red phoenix with A in the middle to represent the city.

Outrageous.

Um, they're, they are going to be called, Mike, Atlanta City FC.

So you have Atlanta United and Atlanta City.

They have covered both of the Manchester naming conventions.

Something a little bit different for you today.

On Sunday, Atlanta City FC came alive as the branding for the 17th NWSL team.

They will take the field in the spring or maybe winter, the way the schedule is going now.

of 2028, and I was able to speak to the club's vice president and chief business officer, Deandra Duggans.

We don't need to continue to say this all the time, but the league has made way for players such as these to be called in and called back in in the case of Ashley Sanchez.

So those games are coming up this weekend.

For now, let's hear what we can learn about the new branding and logo and crest, Atlanta City FC.

So Atlanta City FC is the, uh, final decision on the name here.
