Well, yeah, I mean, and certainly the details are, are different when it comes to the Veritas Villages setup and the free city setups, but spiritually, these are all concepts along the same wavelength.

So we're always a fan of whether it's certain projects like Atenas in, in Costa Rica that you're personally involved with, or just projects we're a fan of and then kinda looking at from afar and giving the thumbs up to, like in Morazán.

There was another amazing thing that I wanted to mention to you, Mark, at the summit this year.

Did you happen to catch Patrick Hebert's presentation about the Atenas project that we're doing in Costa Rica? Wow, oh man.

Holy moly.

Unbelievable gorgeous.

When you see all the layouts and the visions that Patrick presented this thing, it is just like, wow, mind-blowing.

And bonus, spoiler alert on one of those residencies that you mentioned, the project at Atenas, not only is it an amazing place to just live, 'cause that is the point of this, it's a place you can actually come and live.

But it'll actually can qualify you for that residency as well.

It's just a little bit more free like that.

I start the conversation and I want all the updates on Veritas Villages, of course, the Coronado project in Panama that's sold out now, the new land in Atenas, Costa Rica, which and this is the best part about this.

And I love this.

They've set aside part of the larger property for something that Patrick's wanted to build for years, which is an actual town in the European vernacular, old school as in the old school European vernacular.
