And often comedies end with a reunion or a feast.

I remember I used to read this Belgian comic called Asterix and Obelix.

And every single, if you watch that, they kind of fight the Romans, these guys have these magical powers, and then every single time it ends with a feast.

So Asterix and Obelix is a comedy, something that you guys might think of as a rom-com.

A rom-com is a comedy in a traditional sense, as it often ends with a wedding and a feast.

So what is life to you this morning? If I was going to ask you, what is life? What is your life? Is life a tragedy? Or is life a comedy? Is life starts good and goes down? Or will life end in the culmination of all things, in a feast? And here is the point I want to emphasize.

It doesn't matter what happens along the path.

It doesn't matter what goes on.

Doctor Who, the 80s was brilliant for fantasies and science fiction movies, Sword and the Sorcerer, V, the miniseries, that kind of thing.

And was introduced to comics through the French comics of, I know Tintin's not French, but Hergé, Tintin and Asterix.

I had an uncle who used to sit me down and tell me amazing stories of superheroes that wielded rings and and had a vulnerability to wood and so comics was generally you know it was there great time to be around in in the 80s and for some strange reason my my gran had a collection of comic annuals like valiant lion some of the batman stuff the spider-man stuff and where they would print stories like the death of Gwen Stacy, where, you know, as a six-year-old, you're reading Spider-Man and expecting just Spider-Man punching people and you have a major death of a huge character.

Like I said, there's always been something, my family, intro to comic books, Star Wars, you know, the Marvel UK, that kind of stuff.
