So the Association of Women in the Arts produced a great report this year, a few months ago, called Hardwiring Change.

And one of their key findings was that there was a really significant number of mid-career women who were leaving the art world.

And one of the primary reasons for that was unmanageable levels of admin, which were causing burnout.
