So if you do see anyone with that CMPC designation, you know they are at least minimum qualified.

um you can get it after a master's degree as long as you've satisfied some knowledge base areas and i'll talk a little bit more in depth about this because this is something that people are usually asking me about um should i go into performance psychology or not um and what do i do so If you can find a master's degree that is focused on performance psychology, you want to look and see, does it satisfy the requirements for me to sit the CMPC exam? You can find those requirements on the Association for Applied Sports Psychology website.

If you can find a master's degree that meets those requirements, that is a great choice if you want to be in the performance psychology field.

The difference between performance psychology and the mental health field is this.

I don't know who she is, but if you happen to know her, She also has a CMPC.

She's very, very involved in ASP, which is the Association for Applied Sports Psychology.

That's basically the CLRG of performance psychology is ASP, A-A-S-P.

Also got some other certifications as well.

And then I got credentialed by the Association for Applied Sports Psychology, which is the gold standard in the field to become a mental performance consultant.

And been practicing since 2020, pretty much.
