I'm Stephanie Becker, Senior Editor of the journal, and today I'm delighted to be joined by Professor Asma Khalil and Professor Paul Heath to talk about maternal vaccination.

Professor Khalil is the chair of our upcoming series, The Future of Maternal Vaccination in Europe, and Professor Heath is the lead author of one of the three papers in our series focusing on next-generation vaccines.

So I thought I would start a little bit by talking about where this series came from.
