Asma bint Umais

This statement was made by Imam Ali Alaihis Salam after the tragic loss of Egypt and the martyrdom of Muhammad ibn Abu Bakr in 38 AH.

Muhammad ibn Abu Bakr was the son of Abu Bakr and Asma bint Umais.

After Abu Bakr's death, Asma married Imam Ali, and Muhammad was raised in the Imam's household.

Imam Ali regarded him with great affection, often calling him, "My son from Abu Bakr." Initially, Qais ibn Sa'd ibn Ubayda was appointed governor of Egypt, but due to changing circumstances, he was replaced by Muhammad ibn Abu Bakr.

Muhammad adopted a firm policy against the Uthmani faction, which led to growing unrest.

Then, wa aftara indakumussaa'imun.

And what's the name of the lady again? Wife of Ja'far ibn Abi Talib? Asma bint Umays.

Masha'Allah.

Anyhow, so Asma bint Umays radiallahu anha, of course, was the wife of Ja'far ibn Abi Talib.

She's also came back on the ship When they're coming from Abyssinia.

So they came on ship, huge ship.

Now, the Sahaba who came from, uh, Abyssinia with Ja'far um, Ibn Abi Talib on this occasion, they were sixteen.

Sixteen people with their families, they came with, uh, Ja'far Ibn Abi Talib.
