We had a huge lead We had a 12-point lead late in the third and lost badly to the Raiders because everything went to hell.

Basically, whatever devil's bargain Asim Richards made – Before the Raiders game literally expired, like the kid in Major League when his arm stops being super in the middle of the most critical game.

He was good for a lot of the game and then fell apart in like the third and fourth quarters.

And he just kept causing nightmares for Shuck.

Fantastic.

Raiders game fell apart with turnovers late.

I blame Asim Richards almost entirely.

Yeah.

He is waterboarding you every single play, and it is relentless.

I'm very curious to see that chess match, especially with Asim Richards at tackle instead of Kelvin Banks.

Yeah, and what gives me a little hope is that you've got some veterans on that inside.

Eric McCoy's in, uh, he's in.

Um, uh, as well as, uh, their offensive line.

Uh, they do have a backup left tackle in Asim Richards.

It could be kind of a big deal, right? Eric McCoy still doing it and doing it and doing it well.

So there's no reason why Diamond Dallas Turner shouldn't have at least two, two and a half sacks, right? And w- with Tyler Shuck, if you can get heat on him, like, he- he'll, he'll give it up to you.

So his quarterback rating drops 34.4 points a win under pressure.

Uh, backup left tackle in for Calvin Banks is Asim Richards.

He's allowed 16 pressures on 118 pass blocking reps so far, which is not good.

so he is gonna be aligned on the defense's right side, the offense's left side on 53.2% of his snaps heading into, uh, week five.

And the Saints' left tackle, Asim Richards, he has allowed a 12.7% pressure rate this season, according to Next Gen Stats.

That's the seventh highest among all left tackles, and he has a 46.0 PFF grade, which is 66th out of 69 tackles in the NFL.

Uh, right tackle, Taliese Fuaga, uh, he is not much better according to all this.

It has ticked up every single week for this football team, and we had the highest pressure rate in this game of 55% based off of my charting.

We discussed going into this game, you know, the Asim Richards of it all, the Saints backup left tackle replacing Kelvin Banks, and how that was a vulnerability that we wanted to see the Falcons exploit, similar to what James Pierce did last year going up against Asim Richards in that week 12 game, which was James Pierce Jr.'s, uh, breakout performance.

Um, and while I'm not necessarily charting all the different, you know, pressures allowed for the opposing offensive line, it did feel like watching the film from the Falcons' perspective that it was, like, every single snap that it was Asim Richards [chuckles] getting beat consistently.

He was getting bullied.

We'll probably highlight a couple of the, the, the, some of his worst reps and some of the Falcons' pass rushers' best reps with some of the bull rushes.

We talked about that earlier in the week.

But on the other side of things, Kelvin Banks Jr., injured in week three, or rather week two, I should say, and Asim Richards picking up that job on the left side.

He's on his second team in New Orleans, where he has played some swing tackle last year, mostly on the right side, now being asked to play the left side.

He, his size is incredible.

If he can move just a little bit, I mean, his size is gonna put him, uh, in a good spot to keep guys away from Kyler Murray.

But Asim Richards, thus far this season, has allowed 16 pressures in just 176 snaps, like two and a half games.
