Chris, let's talk about Superior Pho.

It was one of the first of its kind in Cleveland when your dad opened it in 2002.

So how have you worked to stand out against other enterprises as Asia Town has grown here in Cleveland?

Oh my gosh, that's a great question.

It's so cool to be able to go drive through Huff or go through Asia Town and see the history behind those streets and the history behind where Cleveland was nearly 100 years ago.

And then you go over to the east side and you dive into Cleveland Heights and you dive into Coventry and you dive into Euclid.

And you start to see the buildings and the ice cream spots and the small restaurants that are cash only that are my favorite.

They built communities.

You can still see their fingerprints all over the map in Little Italy, Slavic Village, Asia Town, Tremont, St. Clair, Superior, and beyond.

And Cleveland's immigration story didn't stop when the smokestacks went quiet.

New generations of people from Latin America, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and all around the world have continued adding to our story.

They've got Afghan food.

They've even got a little Uzbek food.

And, you know, you mentioned earlier, Lexi, Asia Town, we know it's special.

We know, I mean, Destination Cleveland, you know, has been so supportive of it.
