Ashley Young

I have a new standard for you in terms of running spouse that I will try to be for you on Sunday when you race this 5K.

And I hope that you are this for me in Valencia or even like a quarter of it because shout out to Ashley Young.

Clayton Young's wife and the woman behind the Instagram account, I think called Feed the Runners, basically like she's documenting her life as like the spouse of one of America's very best distance runners, Clayton Young.

She's very funny, very bright, and she made this reel of her chasing Clayton around the course and documented her screaming.

It kind of just happened.

And I think we were actually playing for Ash Young at the time.

And I think that brought us to the grand final.

And at the time, I don't think we ever thought we were going to be able to win.
