so there is an anesthesiologist at UCLA, uh, named Dr. Ashley Oliver, uh, who invited me to the Department of Anesthesiology, uh, to sort of talk to them about disagreement in the operating room and around sort of, like, patient care more broadly.

Um, and she, uh, is also somebody who is, like, in addition to being an anesthesiologist, is also very interested in, uh, the psychology of conflict and disagreement, um, and has just opened my eyes to this whole incredibly complicated, incredibly ... consequential world where disagreeing better could, you know, literally save lives.

Um, and so yeah, that's, that's what I'm super jazzed about these days.
