I think it's
98:49
always really reaffirming for our art when other Twin Peaks fans see it.
98:54
And I think that's why I really like doing like really quotes on the mugs because it makes it, feel even more meaningful when someone recognizes it and I'm like okay cool you are the same level of Twin Peaks spirit as me and just kind of going back to what Beatrix was saying with having her art in The Return which again mind-blowingly awesome I think some of the most affirming things in art for me is the stuff that's not like you don't make money off of it's just people recognizing your art liking it you know sharing your stuff um going back to a a question um about like our process and kind of how do we take an idea and to fruition um one of my favorite things to do is When I know I'm going to go to a Twin Peaks event because I get to hang out with cool Twin Peaks fans like you guys.
99:56
But when I'm going to an event where I can meet a cast member, I like to make a mug for them.
100:03
Typically, it's a... from their character.
100:06
I love to just give it to them, kind of like, you know, your art has done so much for me.
100:13
Just give you back a small, small token of my big appreciation.

Oh, I met Mark Frost.

Miles,
13:27
founder and CEO of Franklin West and a former past president of New York Women in Communications.
13:33
I'm so honored to be a Matrix honoree alongside these amazing leaders.
13:39
New York Wiki to me is a sisterhood of incredible women that's multi-generational that is here to connect the most incredible women in our industry and it's incredibly supportive and a and it's a great resource for young people.
13:57
Tonight for me is my career coming full circle and having so many guests and folks here that were at the start of my career all the way to now.
14:09
friends I've worked with for over 20 years.
14:12
And we're all here celebrating women and leadership and doing good business.
14:32
college
2:29
Ashley, what are you seeing in the industry right now as far as innovation with retail media?
2:34
Yeah.
2:34
So we at FranklinWest, one of our verticals is helping retailers grow and scale their advertising businesses, and doing so in more of a liquid format, where we work with the core internal team of a company, and we plug in liquid-vetted, proven RMN specialists to help that company grow and scale faster and fill the gaps.
2:56
Um, so, uh, one of our best case studies is helping a major retailer build a one billion dollar new revenue stream in just three years, uh, three to four years.
3:07
Um, and so it's a really exciting time to be in commerce media, looking at companies like PayPal.
3:13
I think you guys, uh, are responsible for thirty percent of transactions globally.
3:18
So working with a lot of these retailers who are looking to create more relevancy and differentiation in market, thinking about more collaboration between companies like PayPal and retailers, where it becomes, PayPal becomes a growth multiplier.
7:10
What are three pieces of advice you would give somebody that thinks they might be late, or just starting out but they know they need to do?
4:47
... looking to drive growth and scale in their companies.
4:50
So we all feel it every day.
4:52
Disruption is here, and the stakes have never been higher.
4:56
Every C-suite leader I'm working with, uh, is facing disruption.
5:02
Every day looks different.
5:03
Change is inevitable.
5:05
How are we getting more comfortable with change? Um, and so that is the reality, right? So we have to do something about it.

10:56
What do you attribute all of your success to?
6:59
But you inspired my podcast, Lift Off
7:01
Journey.
7:02
Aww.
7:03
Well, I can't believe you talked about that with all of the listeners, but I do appreciate that I am your inspiration.
7:11
And that was so nice.
7:21
And I did not talk about the fact that now
7:25
you're working alongside everything that we're doing at Liftoff.
7:29
and you're part of the company and I'm super excited about that.
