Yeah, thanks.
2:05
So thanks for having me.
2:07
I really appreciate the opportunity to talk with you.

And I do have a handful of client stories from when I was a staff attorney some years ago that have stuck with me.
2:17
And I think about those clients over and over.
2:20
And one in particular was a woman who was a survivor of domestic violence.
2:24
She had three kids, and she'd been living with her husband, and he was abusive to her, and there was a lot of physical violence.

How do you help your lawyers stay at their healthiest when they're dealing with really difficult work?
4:23
Um, what are some of the biggest challenges schools face when responding to asthma emergencies?
4:30
When responding to asthma emergencies? Oh, well, yeah, schools, they experience many challenges these days.
4:37
They, um, not only often are underfunded and understaffed, most schools do not have a full-time licensed nurse who provides, uh, student healthcare needs.
4:49
Um, so in absence of that, it, uh, they may have a unlicensed assistive person who is actually doing all of the duties that a typical licensed school nurse would do.
5:02
Um, and given that, uh, there are so many different health conditions that, that come across their office, uh, asthma is not always the one that, uh, shows its head, if that makes sense.
5:14
So, um, I would say that, um, you know, a lot of things can happen.
5:21
So when it comes to a student with asthma and, um, some of the challenges that a school might face, um, first of all, many students don't necessarily have their personal inhaler at school.
