It started off initially with the mindset of instead of taking the African athletes and sort of dumping them in the deep end in Europe and hoping that they'd find a way to swim, The mindset was, okay, we'll bring the highest level of racing to Africa, to our athletes, so that they can evolve and develop in a more comfortable home environment.
