It's like giving people an understanding of the risks of not knowing HR and and the laws because where Australia probably has the worst laws and regulations for businesses in terms of employees like you're literally just if you're a business you're just a slave to people is my opinion um and so understanding HR is is really important and why don't you give us a bit of a background on yourself um and kind of how you became an expert in this

I mean, experts are big call, but I think I have been in HR kind of my whole career and have straddled kind of really generalist roles and in-house like learning and capability development, leadership development.
