So I don't know.

We went to AB Tech to do it.

And this is what I'll say.

Uh, started focusing more on criminal justice.

Uh, went to AB Tech, graduated, and then went out to Western Carolina University-

... uh, where, uh, I met my roommate out there, who is now my beat partner.

I would like to get into chestnut if we can somehow get the approval and some of the other cool flavors that other brewers are using, home brewers are using.

The reason I ask, I was down at AB Tech, which is a technical college just south of Asheville, North Carolina.

I was there for like an interview.

They have like a craft beverage class they teach here.

It's about something that was definitely malevolent.

About a decade ago, I was in night school up at AB Tech, going to school for some automotive mechanics.

I would go into class at about 2 p.m. after I got off my part-time job, and I would end up getting home at about 10.30 p.m., depending on the traffic.

Every night I drove the same road in my old 1973 W200 Dodge pickup.

And you, you do need to clarify which president,

the president of AB tech, Dr. John Gossett.

Yes, yes, yes, yes.

He showed up today.

So let me give you like a little bit of a background here.

So what this day is, Jeff Irvin, he's the director of the Craft Beverage Institute at Southeast at AB Tech, which is what, just on the outskirts of Asheville,

right? So Asheville Buncombe Technical Community College is what AB Tech stands for.

So we do have a centralized campus, but I'm on the Inca campus.

So we're actually at a satellite campus away from the central campus.

It was, you know, educating people about what they're imbibing.

And so...

This job came across my desk to be the first instructor here hired at AB Tech to teach brewing, distillation, and fermentation.
