Bohm has pleaded not guilty to four counts of second-degree murder and four counts of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence in the tragic October 2023 deaths 20-year-old Neem Rolston, 21-year-old Asha Weir, 21-year-old Peyton Stewart, and 21-year-old Deslyn Williams.

All four young women were seniors at Pepperdine University's Seaver College of Liberal Arts and members of the Alpha Phi sorority.

They were standing on the side of Malibu's notorious stretch of PCH, known as Dead Man's Curve, when Boehm lost control.
