And just before I leave you, here in Australia, it was Father's Day over the weekend and Matty J, former bachelor who is now married to Laura Byrne, was named 2026 Australian Father of the Year.

Matty and Laura have three daughters and he also co-hosts a podcast called Two Doting Dads with Ash Wicks, which tackles topics like men's mental health and bringing up children in the modern age.
