Sol was the name of that sun, and Mani was the name of that moon.

But always behind Sol and Mani wolves went, a wolf behind each.

There are many stories to be told about the gods, but the first one that should be told to you is the one about the building of their city.

The gods had made their way up to the top of a high mountain, and there they decided to build a great city for themselves that the giants could never overthrow.

The city they would call Asgard, which means the place of the gods.

They would build it on a beautiful plain that was on the top of that high mountain.

Chapter One, The Story of the Beginning.

They gave him a spear and a ship, too.

Loki took the things up to Asgard, where the gods all lived.

Then the gods all came up to him.

He showed them the things.

But it is a wonderful hammer.

If you throw it at anything, it will hit the mark and come back to you.'" The gods picked up the hammer and passed it around.

They said, It will be just the thing with which to keep the frost giants out of Asgard.

Such a marvelous place as this was.

It had a golden roof that reflected light over all the earth, just like the sun, and its ceiling was supported by spears, while millions of shields formed its walls, over which were draped coats of mail.

At last he determined to see Mimir, and take a drink from his well.

Saddling his eight-footed horse Sleipnir, away he rode in the night, all alone, over the rainbow bridge that joins Asgard with Earth, down to dark giant land.

He had often before been there to consult Mimir, for although Odin was very wise, Mimir was wiser still, since he guarded the source of wisdom.

We must secure the help of Loki, the Prince of Mischief.

He lives in Asgard near the Spring Maiden's groves, and people say he often visits Iduna in order to refresh himself with one of her life-giving apples.

Let us capture him first and then compel him to help us.

We Giants are fast growing old.

Loki first, and then Iduna.

After much discussion, it was decided that Blizzard should undertake to capture Loki.

A short time after the council of the Frost Giants, Loki, the Prince of Mischief, was amusing himself with a great fire which he had built on one of the hills just beyond the city of Asgard.

Several times he stopped and peered into the sky to see what caused the huge shadow which seemed to hover near him.

Like, I thought it was pretty good, and I give that credit for them able to pull that off.

How do we feel about the look of Asgard? It's

what I expect Asgard to look like.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I think the voice acting is top notch.

I think the animation is top notch.

I think the design of Asgard feels really satisfying type of thing.

Here, the worlds themselves are many, nine in number, each a delicate thread woven into the tapestry of existence.

From the bright, shimmering halls of Asgard, home to the gods who dwell among the stars, to the shadowed, echoing woods of Alfheim where light elves weave their quiet spells, every world hums with its own rhythm and song.

At the centre of this intricate cosmos flows Yggdrasil, the world tree, whose vast, twisting branches stretch beyond the clouds, linking the heavens, the earth, and the myriad worlds beneath.

This ancient tree stands as a silent sentinel, its roots burrow deep into the springs of wisdom and fate.

It is said that even the gods seek silent counsel beneath its calming canopy, where the air is thick with timeless secrets and the soft rustle of leaves is like a lullaby to all who listen.

Among the gods, one name is spoken with reverence and quiet power, Odin, the All-Father, wise and mysterious, whose one eye gleams with the knowledge of the ages.

Cloaked in a deep, dark cloak that seems to swallow the light, he moves like a shadow through the halls of Asgard, his presence gentle yet commanding.

Odin is often accompanied by his magnificent horse Sleipnir, not an ordinary steed, but a creature of wonder and magic.
