So the list was Star-Lord, Moon Dragon with the Mind Gem, Quasar, Beta Ray Bill, Nova, Angela, Mighty Thor, Warriors Three, Valkyrie, and Elendil, and Rocket Raccoon.

So if you notice, I mean, it's not an affiliation battle, but it's close.

Honestly, it was Jane, Warriors Three, and Valkyrie that were kind of facilitating the Asgard thing.

But there's a lot of double-dippers in here, right? Angela and Beta Ray Bill in particular being both affiliations.

They save the day.

Asgard is safe, you know.

And then, in the start of Infinity War, they're all dead.

Thanos has literally killed Loki and Thor.

After losing his hammer and being stranded on a trash planet, Thor puts together a team of revengers to fight against his pain-in-the-butt sister with daddy issues.

But to save Asgard, will Thor have to bring about Ragnarok?

I like just the complete use of spoilers.

Thor is very surprised to see Surtur because he was under the impression that his father had killed him, like, a half a million years ago.

And Surtur tells him that he cannot die until Ragnarok happens, which I guess is, like, Armageddon.

In the actual Scandinavian myths, Ragnarok is the end of Asgard-

And everyone did really well.

Lee, one of our podcast guys, came sixth with his Asgard list.

He's been running the red cape list for a while.

It's just every character has a red cape.

Um, and then we also, Dave always plays spider foes.

And I think Lee played sentinels that year.

Um, this year I brought that hodgepodge list of affiliations that I said earlier, um, Dave brought his spider foes and Lee brought Asgard.

Um, and we had a unbelievably good run.

And I would do some crazy bases.

I got to show you my Asgard models.

Oh, like I had Heimdall painted up when he first released and.

And I like doing like burn marks and like battle, battle worn and torn and big model.

I like making the models look like they've been through it.

So with a lot of my, Age of Sigmar models and some of my Asgard models, because that's where I started really getting the creativity in the beginning was I would start flicking like brown paint on the boots and like legs.

And that would be, yeah, I'd basically run like a mud effect, almost like they've been kind of running through it or like they've been in battle for a bit just to kind of give it, it sets the scene really well.

Um, Lee, what were you running?

I was running Asgard this time around, and I was doing a much different, well, not much, probably a non-meta list is probably the easiest way to put it.

I did not take any Lokis.

There was no Wongs.

I ran a list.

I had two leader options.

I had either the Mighty Thor or the OG Thor Prince of Asgard.

I ran Mighty Thor three out of four, and I only ran Prince of Asgard once out of the four games.
