When did you start to show interest in the reef itself?

That's a really easy question for me.

Because since I was a kid, I was in love with the ocean.

To a certain extent that even my parents, my family calls me pescado, fish.

That's what it means.

So, spending all time I could being on the water, swimming, discovering different animals, plants.

And that's what I do nowadays.

So I understand that probably you had some difficulty starting it because ending life as a student, going into an incorporated company, did you focus full time on this or how did your life look back then?
