There was a guy named Arthur Bray who was a researcher in Ottawa and we were all trying to figure out, well, who was Wilbur talking to in the United States? He was getting this material and it seemed like it was, and that's if you remember the MUFON conference in Toronto in 1982, Arthur Bray, who had the files at the time, Wilbur Smith had hidden all his files when he died.

He told his wife, they're gonna try to get my files, hide the files.

So these files were hidden for a number of years and then Arthur Bray got them in the 1970s.

And he's the one that discovered the top secret memo, the draft of the top secret memo, which was in Smith's files.

And then he and Stanton Friedman forced the Canadian government to declassify.

The policeman did notice the frightened state of the Bouchards.
