I would say one of the biggest things right now, at least on the ACA side of things, is there's just been so much fraud and fraudulent enrollments and just issues with people not even realizing they've been enrolled in coverage and What would you say, if you could pinpoint a recurring theme or an issue, what would you say is the biggest thing that has stuck out to you over the past few years?

Over the past few years as an industry, I think that the right people keep trying to take the right actions, but the bad actors just seem to shift their model.

And Adam with HealthSherpa made a great comment at our conference last year for the ACA Health Summit saying that fraud is a business model for people, which is really, really unfortunate that they really have a business model of just enacting fraud in various industries.

And so in our health space, in the ACA space, when we're seeing all this fraud, the thing that really stands out is that it's really been a moving target.

And it's really gone from one open door to another open door to another open door.

And it kind of roots back to really the COVID era, the Biden administration leaving the front door wide open.

They left the door open for rampant fraud.

Is there anything else that you would like to add that agents should be aware of involving either the new enrollment processes that they're going to need to know about or really anything for the ACA industry at large that agents should be aware of?
