Around the World in a Day

um and yeah just giant giant album so what comes after purple rain because you can't i mean he could have done purple rain part two right he could have like done something very similar but that also may not have been who he was or it probably wasn't who he was he wanted to kind of zag a little bit right Right.

So Around the World in a Day comes out the very next year.

Yep.

I mean, less than a year after Purple Rain.

It was those albums.

1999, Prince's Purple Rain, Around the World in a Day, Sign of the Times.

He was

everywhere.

I own probably about six or seven of his albums.

I have 1999, Purple Rain, Around the World in a Day, Batman, Sign of Time, things like that.

But The Revolution, he had multiple bands over his career, right? But The Revolution was a band he had for a number of years.

Used to play pickup basketball with The Revolution.

And h- right, in an ideal world, right, take off "Heaven" because they cut it in half and it doesn't fit at all, and here's what these two tracks should've been at this point in the album.

"Heaven" should have been the alternate version of "Around the World in a Day," which by the way, should have been on the super deluxe of, or on the whatever it was version of "Around the World in a Day." That should have been the alternate take of "Around the World in a Day," and this should have been "Baby Go Go" or something like that, and that would've been awesome because that's a great song, and this isn't.

Or this should have been the super, super sultry version of "We Can Funk," the one with the Miko solo in it.

My God, then we're talking about stuff.

Yeah.

Lovesexy71 says, "Around the World in a Day was the first LP that did that for me as a kid." Yeah, for sure.

Okay.

Uh, let me see here.
