Arnie Becker

Who is a fiery former public defender that's recruited by the firm to challenge its blind spots against the establishment and fight for marginalized clients.

And then we have everybody's favorite divorce attorney, Corbin Bernson, playing Arnie Becker.

You have interrupted me right at the punchline, Douglas.

You see, that was no woman.

I think this also shows the sort of juxtaposition that was in L.A. Law Backbone, which is the gritty crimes as well as the more upscale happenings, especially in the me decade of the 80s.

But it also has very heavy dramatic moments with a lot of humor.

And this happens right off the bat when they find the dead body and Arnie Becker in his very selfish way.

His comment is, if he's dead, I got dibs on his office.

Corbin Bernson.

Oh, I'm talking about Arnie Becker or Roger Dorn.

Get in front of the ball, Dorn.

I hear you saying it, Dave Guido.

Now, Bernson was already famous, as I said.

He was attorney Arnie Becker in L.A. Law.

His later credits include The Dentist, Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang, and television series Psych.

He was pretty good in Psych also.
