So this Armchair Expert episode starts off pretty lighthearted, with Dax and Monica talking about grandparent nicknames and toddlers saying Gaga at the library.

But it quickly pivots into something massive when Ben Lamb joins them to discuss Colossal, his company working on de-extinction and synthetic biology.

Right.

I sent you also the podcast, I forget her name, she is a psychologist or something like that.

She was on Dax Shepard's Armchair Expert podcast and she was also, I think she's just recently done a Mel Robbins podcast as well, but she was saying how ADHD is a dysregulation disorder.

And I was like, yes.

Thank fuck.

So I take that note from the podcast I was watching.

I think it was actually Armchair Expert now that I think about it.

One of the

reasons that I actually take the metro, the subway, the buses, whatever, is because of the infectious laughing, because I'm listening to a podcast.

So a nod again to Armchair Expert and the joy and the beauty they bring from all the shit they do and the fun podcasts and cool actors they have on, but they also have experts and great subject matters, but it's loose.

It's a loose, chill podcast.
