I mean, kind of, what would it mean to you to compete for Australia in your, in your home country, in front of your home fans?
7:31
If I can make it to the Brisbane 2032 Olympics, I would just be so happy, because I love competing and competing for Australia.
7:38
And then getting to compete at home in front of probably a lot of my friends and family would be so insane, and just to be in Australia and compete is one of the coolest things I think.
7:49
So I'd definitely love that.
7:50
And home crowd going crazy, I'd love that.
7:53
So hopefully get to the Brisbane 2032 Olympics for skateboarding.
8:42
What did Snoop Dogg say to you on that day? Can I ask you? Like, did he say anything cool to you on the day?
8:46
Well, it was really cool, because I did get to meet Snoop Dogg, and he did congratulate me.
12:38
Like if you're about to drop in to throw a crazy trick or if you're learning a new trick and you have to keep falling and getting back up and trying again, how do you ground yourself in those moments? How do you prepare yourself for those efforts?
12:51
I think I definitely like prepare myself and help myself mentally, like to try new tricks by staying positive.
12:57
I think it's something that like- People like really need to realize is, like, I feel like when people get angry and upset when they're trying tricks, it actually doesn't help you because you get in such a bad mood, and I think it's harder to learn tricks that way.
13:13
And it is, like, everybody knows that, but it's, like, hard to, like, actually get out of that mindset when you're battling a trick and you're frustrated and upset because you can't do it, which makes sense because you wanna do it so badly.
13:25
But I think the best way to do it is being with, like, a good crew who's, like, hyping you up, listening to some good music with your friends, dancing, singing, having fun while skating, and just staying in a good mood, and that's what I love to do.
13:38
I, like, try to never get mad or really upset with myself when I'm competing, when I'm trying new tricks because I know it's not gonna help me at all, and staying positive is what's gonna help me learn my tricks.
14:27
Yeah.
14:28
But I was super excited.
