Arirang World Tour

They were white.

I always associate the opening number of this Arirang tour with them wearing primarily black.

But they were wearing these like charred white outfits.

And they look great.

It was absolutely perfect.

Oh, I forgot my favorite part of day three.

My favorite part, my absolute favorite part of day three, I know I'm backtracking, was when all of us had flags, Korean flags, during body-to-body for the Arirang part.

And it was so special.

Then posts a bunch of photos and videos of his time in Paris.

And this brings us to this year, where BTS will be performing in Lima, Peru on the Arirang tour.

It will be day one of three for that location.

It's their first time ever performing in Peru.

So it's also sometimes, like, a lie detector on him.

But he just absol- I just, I just love his performance of Dang at the Magic Shop.

Dang is such a hit that they brought it back for this most recent Festa too when they performed their Arirang Tour stop in Busan.

They had one of the surprise songs be Dang, and they did a mix of original rap line covering their parts and vocal line covering the parts or both together.

BTS, the South Korean group, played the first of two nights at El Campin Stadium last night, and they're back on that stage tonight.

It's the opening stop of the Latin American leg of their tour, which they've called Arirang.

And my first reading was a weary one.

A stadium tour is a machine Last night's stage in the round giant screens, a show lasting approximately two hours and 10 to 20 minutes.

The economic ripple effect is already massive, with fans expected to spend around 99 billion Colombian pesos, that's roughly 46 billion Korean won, and flight bookings to Bogota have jumped by over 46% compared to last year.

The city is going all out too, lighting up landmarks in purple and adding extra transit routes for concert nights as BTS kicks off their Arirang tour through South America.

with stops planned in Lima, Santiago, Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo after Bogota, after...

Here's a scary moment for fans of boy group All Day Project.

BTS just made history, becoming the first pop act ever to gross half a billion dollars on a single tour and only the seventh group of any genre to hit that milestone, with the other six all being legendary rock bands.

The group's massive Arirang World Tour, which kicked off back in April in Goyang, has already crossed the $500 million mark, putting BTS in truly elite touring company.

In August alone, the septet pulled in an incredible $171.7 million from about 800,000 fans, making it the second biggest one-month gross ever recorded, trailing only Beyonce's record from 2023.

That stretch included back-to-back stadium shows across North America, with two massive nights at MetLife Stadium alone bringing in over $32 million.
