Arianrhod

Attis, a figure from Greco-Roman religion associated with vegetation, death, and renewal, as well as Osiris, the Egyptian god associated with death, resurrection, and the continuing cycle of life, also appear in some modern correspondence lists.

And finally, we have Arianrod, a figure from Welsh mythology whose name is often interpreted as relating to a silver wheel.

Modern pagan traditions frequently connect her with lunar cycles, feminine sovereignty, and transformation.

I wouldn't suggest that all of these deities were historically worshipped with ivy.

Like Ivy, may I remain rooted in my truth while allowing myself to grow.

Spend a few moments reflecting on that intention.

If you work with a goddess such as Arianrod, Ariadne, or another deity you personally associate with feminine power, this would be an appropriate moment to offer a prayer or invite that deity into your practice according to your tradition.

You can also simply sit quietly with the candle and water.
