Jewel Nightclub at Aria is running out the clock.

And it's only $100 a night, $111 a night.

Wow, those are two ends of the spectrum.

Aren't they? And third place went to Aria at 6.5%.

So the moral of the story is if you're at any of these hotels and you see a hotel door cracked open a bit, you'll know that Tony's staying there looking for some action.

It's like, hey, my door's not closed all the way.

That's right.

You're in for it.

Aria.

Aria was 2.2.

And he also lived on the strip.

I think he lived in the Aria Hotel.

And at that time, the Aria Hotel was like, oh, shit, like like he had a condo, like he owned a place in there.

And it was like, OK, like, bro has money.

And but it was mama's money.

And then the first big lump sum payment to me was due and they already had great results and it was in the contract.

And then I started having to chase this motherfucker for the money.

Keep in mind, he had like a Bentley and a Porsche and lived in the Aria hotel and like regularly had table service at all the hot clubs.

The Nevada one is in the Aria Casino,

Oh, okay, that makes sense, yes.

machine? Where's the ATM? Yeah.

I know the code, right? Well, I know where the ATM is at the Aria Casino too, unfortunately.

Here's the thing, Andrew.

I was actually in a hospitality... casino class.

And they said, do you know what hotel is the most profitable hotel in the strip? And everyone yells out places like the Bellagio, the Aria, MGM Grand, um, the Wynn.

And they said the New York, New York hotel because of their business structure for one, the size of their property too.

And number three, I think after I want to say 2005, every time that that roller coaster goes around, it is printing money in the profit for the hotel.

So nowadays you really are looking at hotels competing within their structure because there was a time where they were all just competing against each other.

in terms of corporations, not property to property, corporation to corporation, like who has a better stock price, you know, they're not really worried about specific room rates for the whole because they can sort of sector out comparatively to their own properties.

Meaning that like Bellagio is top tier, Bellagio and Aria are top tier MGM resorts properties.

Well, they also have their lower end properties, places like Excalibur, Luxor.

but I feel like I'm pretty biased, because I really only go to Vegas for accounting conferences, uh, which means I'm at The Aria twice a year at minimum, uh, for AICPA ENGAGE and CONNECT.

And so I don't really go to the other side of the Strip.

Mm-hmm.

I just do what's either in The Aria or in one of the hotels touching The Aria, so I'm probably not the best person to ask.

I think this question is, is making it a little bit harder for all the, for all of us to get reservations, it feels like.

And I can't believe I have so many Las Vegas recommendations, but Bardot Brasserie at the Aria Hotel is excellent for a solo meal.
