If you go to the Big House to see a game, you couldn't get any Zingerman's product, and Zingerman's is like the most famous deli in America outside of New York City, outside of Carnegie.

And so I know Ari Weinzweig, the co-founder of Zingerman's, 'cause I met him, you know, 20 years ago at a thing, and, or I was moderating a panel, or I was in Aspen, or he came to Chicago to work with Rick Bayless or whatever.

I've known him.

And I reach out to him, and I tell him, "Man, we'd love to have you on our proposal." Uh, and he's like, "Sure.
