It's got, like...

I think they're just called haunted houses, but the places that are big nowadays where you've got the actors who are popping out of every corner to jump at you and stuff, which we have one here in Las Vegas at the Area 15 in the downtown area.

which basically is a universal horror nights.

And so they've got like four different themes, sort of like walkthroughs where you go through and like, everyone's trying to scare you and stuff, but it's like a high school made this.

You know, absence the vastness of the playa, absence hundreds of other bits of amazing art popping off all around it, it felt like the kind of thing a tourist would just take a picture of.

And Michael Benneville and the crew who did Area 15 in Vegas, they brought in, I think, the tree of Tenerife and several other.

So again, very vibey, very burner, but outside of its context and non-initiates, aka Vegas tourists, rolling through there without some version of critical mass container and cultural road rules of how we play this game.

So again, those things in and of themselves, they feel that they can be diluted and even distorted in their impact by being taken out of their initial context.

What you just said about being able to smell authenticity versus shamanship, I think is one for all of us to consider at almost every turning point in decision we're making.

As we're talking about Gensler, there are some of these high profile projects that might be more in the public consciousness, like Netflix House, like Area 15.

I think that are also doing the work of redefining what we mean by entertainment destination.

Can you share a little bit with our listeners about those projects and how they came into fruition?

You know, we talk about distraction as a good thing sometimes, but I think we're in a moment right now where the more we can feel connected and present, probably the healthier for everyone.

us a little bit about Area 15.

So Area 15 is a fascinating one.

This casino on the Strip is changing its game by letting customers use rewards points for experiences outside its resort.

Fountain Blue Las Vegas just launched the Experience Collection, which lets members redeem blue points for nearly two dozen experiences, like helicopter rides, Allegiant Stadium tours, and attractions such as Area 15 and the Neon Museum.

And for the first time, members can earn points with table games.
