Hey, TRGMH.

Do you remember iPods? Do you remember the way that they brought you new music during television commercials that silhouetted a band while the music played? If we're talking about my favorite song that asks a question, then the track that I'm bringing is Are You Gonna Be My Girl by Jet.

And that's how I discovered them during a commercial break.

It's 2003.

Didn't see that one coming, did you? Well, Jet takes a 10 out of 10 and turns it up even louder.

And it becomes an instant early 2000s anthem.

Are You Gonna Be My Girl by Jet.

One, two, three, take my hand and come with me Because you look so fine that I really wanna make you mine So fine that I really want to make you mine.

Yes, Australian rockers, Jet.

You know him from songs like Are You Gonna Be My Girl, Cold Hearted Bitch.

This band kicked so much ass at Rock, Oklahoma and Mark sits down to talk about the band's resurgence what they've been up to in the meantime, and all things Australia.

So we're going to start with that one.
