We can think about ECMO, we can think about Thermoguard, Arctic Sun, some of those cooling modalities that have been used historically for targeted temperature management but one we don't know they haven't been tested in in so much in this cohort of patients who have hyper acute hypothermia and also they take time to deliver don't they if we think about the logistics of of where we work it will it will take time to get a thermoguard into a patient or get them up to ITU to use the arctic sun so for me ice cold water immersion makes a lot of sense and I think it is feasible to potentially deliver it in in an emergency department environment.
