The English name Jesus is just transliteration of the Greek word Iesus.

He grew up speaking Aramaic.

So in Aramaic, they didn't call him Iesus.

They called him Yeshua, which by the way, is where we also get the name Joshua.

Great name, great name, strong name, virile name, masculine name.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.
