My prediction in terms of marking in the next 20 years, because I was speaking to some people at Excel and AQA at Pearson when I was at uni, and they were saying they were testing out a lot more AI marking tools.

So a lot more tools where rather than a examiner marking a paper, it would now be AI.

And I think that brings about a lot of questions about the human side of things.

So in year one, we look at the compulsory ones, which all schools have to do.

We teach the AQA exam board here and we do attachment, memory, memory attachment, social influence, clinical psychology, mental health, biopsychology, which is the foundations of neuroscience.

And we do approaches.

So the different schools of thought around psychology.

And what advice would you give to a learner thinking about choosing this course?

I would say do some background reading first.

We do AQA psychology.

There's a lot of material out there.

And then also like legislation or things might change or like they might be a new examining body.

Like some of the biggest ones I remember when my parents freaking out was like, say these will be bringing up little weird phrases that you won't have heard since you're at school, but say like AQA with a governing body for the English.

Yeah.

regime at the time so you'd learn that book that book that book at GCSE and then you'd market in this way in AQA that that you might have like a 10-year contract with AQA but now we're moving to a different company so over the so it's like brand new books oh wow brand new stories they market different systems it's an absolute it's like a new sponsor of a football team or a new it's just everything has to change So all the shit you don't see is that sort of shit.

is there's so much time in between to sort it out.

I didn't have any hormones in my biology GCSE.

I did AQA.

So did I.
